SISK awarded contractor of the year award

Ireland’s leading property professionals gathered at the Convention Centre Dublin recently for the announcement of the winners of this year’s KPMG Irish Independent Property Industry Excellence Awards.

The awards, in their fourth year, saw over 120 nominations judged across 11 categories covering the broad range of professions, skills and expertise within the property sector.

The big winner was Irish and international construction giant SISK.

The company’s long-standing reputation for excellence in the delivery of public infrastructure, and commercial and residential property saw it come away with both the Overall Winner and Contractor of the Year awards.

In recognising SISK’s contribution to Ireland’s economy and society, the judging panel also noted the group’s approach to sustainability, and its focus on building trust, certainty and value for its clients.

The other winners were: Bredagh Old School (Community Benefit Award), Henry J Lyons Architects (Design Project Award), Kore Insulation (Energy Efficiency Award), JLL (Commercial Agency of the Year), Savills (Residential Agency of the Year), Hibernia Reit (Property Investment/Fund Manager of the Year), Monaghan County Council (Excellence in Planning), Shannon Commercial Properties (Regional Excellence), BAM Facilities Management (Facilities Management), Mark, Andrew and Kelly Cosgrave – Dublin Loft Company (Emerging Talent).
