In a move to further strengthen its infrastructure capabilities in Ireland, Turner & Townsend is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr. Kaine Lynch as Director to work across projects in the utilities, energy and transportation sectors.
Dr. Lynch, a respected Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation (CIHT), brings over a decade of experience in major infrastructure programme and commercial management.
Having served as both a senior civil servant and a key advisor, Dr. Lynch has an impressive record of contributing to some of the highest value and most complex projects on the island of Ireland. His appointment is timely as Ireland continues its large-scale investment in national infrastructure projects under the National Development Plan.
